Les normes qui suivent s\u2019appliquent aux fid\u00e8les de l'archidioc\u00e8se d'Ottawa pendant le Car\u00eame:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le mercredi des Cendres et le Vendredi saint sont des jours de je\u00fbne <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">et<\/span> d'abstinence de viande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Les autres vendredis sont des jours d\u2019abstinence de viande.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tous les fid\u00e8les de 18 \u00e0 59 ans sont soumis \u00e0 la loi du je\u00fbne, \u00e0 moins d\u2019en \u00eatre emp\u00each\u00e9s par une mauvaise sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les jours de je\u00fbne comprennent un repas complet avec deux petits repas qui suffiraient pour maintenir la force et qui peuvent \u00eatre pris selon ses propres besoins. Manger entre les repas n\u2019est pas permis, cependant on peut boire.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tous les fid\u00e8les de 14 ans et plus sont soumis \u00e0 la loi de l\u2019abstinence de viande, \u00e0 moins d\u2019en \u00eatre emp\u00each\u00e9s par une mauvaise sant\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La consommation de viande n'est pas autoris\u00e9e le mercredi des Cendres, le Vendredi saint, et tous les vendredis du car\u00eame (dans l'archidioc\u00e8se d'Ottawa). C\u2019est l\u2019Archev\u00eaque qui mandate cette norme pour le bien-\u00eatre spirituel des fid\u00e8les.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le retrait de l'eau b\u00e9nite des fonts d\u2019eau pendant le temps du Car\u00eame n'est pas autoris\u00e9 (CDF Prot.
