There is a form below for those adults or young adults seeking to either become Catholic, or to complete their Sacraments at St. Clement Parish.  Adults seeking to become Catholic, or those Catholic adults who have not yet received 1st Holy Communion or Confirmation, must fill out the form and submit it to the parish office. Deadline:  Monday September 28.  The class will begin on Oct. 1 with  Fr. Deprey, in the basement classroom located at St. Patrick House (building directly next to the church).  Please include with your registration form a short summary of your religious background, and of your journey to the Catholic Church.
